Working Student (f/m/d) Organizational Change Management

Support the internal Organizational Change Management Team in change communications, leadership formats and training

We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) (10 - 20 h/week) to support change management activities within global Digital Transformation Projects at Heidelberg Materials. As a Working Student in Organizational Change Management, you will play an important role in assisting the transformation team in all aspects of digital transformation, including workshops, training, data analysis, and communication. You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment. This position is based in Heidelberg, Germany, with the possibility of remote work.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

* Support change management activities in the SAP S/4HANA program
* Organize and manage workshops and trainings
* Design internal communications for change initiatives
* Conduct research (desk research, interviews, surveys)
* Design and analyse surveys
* Collaborate with international teams across departments

YOUR PROFILE

* Studies in psychology, business administration, change management, educational sciences or a comparable field
* Proficiency and fluency in English
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Good analytical skills, you can understand problems and find solutions for them
* You are goal-driven, creative, curious and proactive
* You are a good communicator
* You work well independently and in a team of people with international backgrounds
