Do you already have some relevant business development and analytics internships under your belt and want to move on to a different experience in an international environment with a chance to work directly with a CEO?
We offer a well paid internship (salary of 2000 Euros/ month) plus well paid flexible working student position afterwards to finish long term projects.

Your tasks
- Closely assisting the CEO on dynamic tasks and supporting data-driven decision making
- Making a big impact on decision-making! → sorry, we felt the impact is so relevant that we should mention it again ;)
- Learning to work in an international work environment and maintaining close contact with colleagues in Berlin & Havana, across a range of departments
- Creating company-wide reporting process flows
- Developing innovative solutions based on business insights
- Creating dashboards and model data to make them impactful
- Developing and coordinating restructuring core company workflows
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Statistics, Market Research, Accounting, or a similar discipline at WHU or a similar university
- You already have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn fast and adapt your strategies and tactics to the dynamic world of super-fast delivery.
- Prior experience through an internship in business development, consulting, finance, or a similar industry
- Outstanding analytical skills – having the ability to break down complex problems and analyze them objectively
- Ability to develop possible solutions and create hypotheses to test them
- Ideally available for a period of 12 months or more
- Ideally available for 40 hours during the summer internship and 15-20 hours every week in the working student role
