Airbus Operations is looking for a
Working Student within the field of AOG Supply Management (d/f/m)
You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of a Supply Officer? Are you looking for a new challenge in the customer service environment? Do you want to support our customers in their daily operations? Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us in AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Supply Management as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!
Location: Hamburg
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 12 months
You will receive a collectively agreed salary of at least €18.53 per hour, depending on the job. There are also special payments such as vacation pay.
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Manage the flow of materials to Airbus and find solutions to solve AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation.
You will support the team to develop creative ideas to satisfy short term demand.
You will communicate demand to suppliers and take care of placing and following up orders, analysing late deliveries and managing recovery plans.
You will also monitor Supply Chain performance on a day-to-day basis and maintain regular contact with suppliers.
You will maintain regular communication with the internal customers about progress of the order. You like working on short term demand in a reactive and proactive approach and think out of the box to propose solutions.
Desired skills and qualifications
Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or an equivalent field of study
English business fluency
Knowledge of German, Spanish or French would be a plus
You are a good team player with excellent communication skills, and are perceptive and customer-oriented
