As shopfloor centric architects & facilitators, we enable Operations in terms of P&I: We measure the performance of the MRO value stream and lead improvement across the newly integrated organization.
We are looking for a Working Student to join our team in Manching, who will make a strong and positive impact to our team by supporting us on our joint, transnational improvement and team development journey.

Your tasks and responsibilities
-
Support to the Head of Department (based in Manching) as well as to our transnational team in our day-to-day business as well as strategic initiatives across all relevant Airbus Defence and Space sites in Germany and Spain.

This will include but is not limited to support in our daily activities linked to the deployment of the Operational Excellence System (OES) and Performance Management routines such as our SQCDP panels, reports, etc.

You would furthermore support our team development journey through e.g. the preparation of presentations, reports, team workshops and by being an active driver for change, incorporating your own experience and ideas to give new impulses.

Contribute to Digitalization and Innovation initiatives.
Desired skills and qualifications
-
Enrolled full-time student in the area of Engineering, Business Administration or an equivalent field of study.

Ability to work in an international and remote team, strong team player, customer centricity, distinct sense of responsibility, can-do attitude, self-reliant, structured, flexible and a proactive working style are required for you to be able to support the P&I team.

You have a passion for aeronautics.

Experience in Lean, Manufacturing, Change Management, Transformation and Communication are a plus.

Fluent in English (German and Spanish language skills are a plus).
