Your tasks and responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include the optimization of the propeller installation for unmanned aircraft systems, with a specific focus on:

Selection of low-noise propeller positions on the aircraft fuselage or wing
-
CAD design of new pylons
-
High fidelity CFD/CAA simulation of selected configurations with the Lattice Boltzmann Solver ProLB
-
Acoustic postprocessing and comparison of results
-
Presentation and documentation of activities and results
Desired skills and qualifications
-
Enrolled Full-time Master’s Student (d/f/m) in Aerospace Engineering or similar.

Good skills in Python and Linux environments.

Knowledge of Basic Acoustics.
-
Ability to work in a multinational Team.

Fluent English is mandatory.
-
German would be an advantage.
