We are looking for a Junior SEO Project manager to join our team in Barcelona!
Job description
Context of the position
The SEO Project manager intern is integrated into the DE team in Barcelona.
The German team is currently composed of 3 members. You will work on the energy website energiemarie.de led by Stefanie.
- The creation and follow-up of our content, with the aim of positioning our website as the reference to help German consumers make the best choices for their energy market contracts.
- Selectra launched its operations in Germany in 2019 from its European headquarters of Madrid. Since then, the German team is pursuing rapid growth and aims at ranking among the top market players within 4 years.
Outcomes to be accomplished
Outcome 1 : Create and optimize content for Energiemarie.de
- Inherent Task A : ”Writing new articles according to our content planing.”
- Inherent Task B : “Optimize already existing articles to improve its ranking.”
Outcome 2 : Increase the traffic of the website
- Inherent Task A : “Monitoring the SEO of the pages for which you are responsible”
- Inherent Task B : “Adapt and implement to improve current SEO strategies ”
Outcome 3 : Create and increase the lead generation
- Inherent Task A : “Identify unqualified leads & sort them out”
- Inherent Task B : “Implementing actions to improve it like the creation of CTAs”
Profile
You graduated from one of the best business or engineering schools and recognize yourself in the following:
- Perfect knowledge of German: no mistake escapes your eye! A fluent English level is also required, Spanish is a plus.
- You have a first experience with content management and/or web marketing, and you have a passion for SEO.
- You have a passion for writing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of a CMS like Drupal or WordPress is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs is a plus
- Bachelor or Master degree, ideally in Marketing.
