The role - your passion

Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, learning events and our monthly onboardings.

Support the development and updating of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.

Provide administrative support for learning and development initiatives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing training-related expenses.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely communication and coordination of learning activities.

What you need to surf a wave with us

You are looking for a mandatory internship or would like to complete a voluntary orientation internship

You are organized and can structure and prioritize your tasks

You are passionate about HR-related topics

You have good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

You speak German and/or English fluently
