The true story... We began our journey in 1989, just a few months before the fall of the Berlin Wall. With only a handful of young, ambitious staff, we quickly established ourselves as one of the leading Destination Management Companies in Germany. In the time between 1997 and 2006, offices in Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt and Cologne were opened, enabling us to deliver high quality events & incentives, cruise services and sport hospitality all over Germany, with the same high standards and local brain-power. In 2008, C&T became a part of the KDM network.
Our core philosophy is simple and hasn’t changed over the years; Take dedicated staff with solid experience and use contemporary ideas to create lasting impressions. Our 75 full time, all year round staff take great pride in the things they do and constantly deliver operational excellence which makes our services easily marketable.
In the M&E segment, C&T serves relevant and demanding markets such as the US, the UK, France, BeNeLux, Latin America, Scandinavia plus a growing number of German corporate clients, for whom we also handle meetings and events abroad. On top of that, we have our Cruise teams all over Germany serving the best international ocean and river cruise lines.. Berlin is also the headquarters for our HR and Marketing Departments.
