* Shape the future: You will drive an understanding of a complex process landscape and contribute new ideas for improvements
* Lead the way: You assist in process development & improvement for a digital roadmap tool and create concepts & discuss ideas with internal stakeholders
* Expand your horizons: You assist in innovation management topics e.g. you plan & drive activities, create communication material and discuss changes & improvement ideas with our stakeholders
* Teamwork is dreamwork: You support the team with additional administrative tasks, e. g. creating training materials, co-organizing workshops and drafting presentations
* Study field: You have passed your Bachelor studies with excellent results and are currently enrolled in your Master studies in business administration, information technology, electrical engineering or similar
* Experience: You already gained some relevant work experience preferably in digitalization, consulting, project or process management, change management
* Way of working: You show a creative mindset and a self-driven way of working, thinking out of the box and always willing to try out new concepts
* Skills: You possess very good visualization and Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Personality: You demonstrate a reliable ability to communicate and balance stakeholder interests
* Technical Background: You ideally have basic knowledge of electrical engineering
* Language skills: You have good English skills, written and spoken, German is a plus

Important information:
* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
* You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
