About the Job

Our challenging design projects demand innovative solutions to complex IC design issues and push “more-than-Moore” process technology performance.
As an Analog IC Design and Design Verification Intern in our group, you will be part of a team developing and bringing to market leading precision analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits including A/D and D/A converters, linear and switched amplifiers, voltage references, signal conditioning circuits with special focus on Sigma-Delta ADC and high voltage isolation.

Responsibilities include:

  • IC Design verification (analog and mixed-signal)
  • Modeling of system and block and architecture definition and optimal process selection
  • Analog circuit design for performance and manufacturability
  • Working with test and validation team on lab evaluation and trouble-shooting

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelors of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or ECE
  • Focus in microelectronics and analog IC design

Preferred qualifications

The ideal candidate must have knowledge in analog and mixed signal IC design and architectures of ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, bandgap references, sensor conditioning circuits. Desired is demonstrated experience with VerilogA/AMS and SystemVerilog modeling techniques, good understanding of control systems, signal processing theory and noise in signal chain design.

Must be highly self-motivated with good communication and teamwork skills. Must be willing to learn and accomplish tasks independently.
