Your role:
During this 3-month intrapreneurship (internship) you will develop an innovation concept for one of the following Innovation challenges (link for international) / the following Innovation challenges (link for US/Canada only). With the help of state-of-the-art innovation methodology, our experienced innovation facilitators and field experts within our core businesses Life Science, Healthcare and Performance Materials will enable you to develop an innovation project. The program will end with your team’s concept pitch to an internal seed funding committee with the opportunity of continuing on successfully pitched projects. We will apply a rolling admission until all positions are filled! The application closes end of January 2021, interviews will be held on a rolling basis in February 2021. The decision will be communicated latest by end of February 2021. With your application, please submit a one pager (!), answering the following three questions:
Which of the Innovation challenges do you prefer and why?
What is your motivation to take on the challenge?
Do you already have previous innovation experience?
Who you are:
PhD or experienced Master student (all genders) from an internationally renowned university (must be an enrolled student!) from all study fields
Knowledge in one of the Innovation challenge fields and/or a function (e.g. natural science, business, law, medicine, design...), knowledge in innovation methods or entrepreneurship would be an advantage
Team player with high organizational and analytical skills
Curious, open-minded, and committed individual
Strong communication skills in English
