The newly founded start-up MOTEON GmbH, based in Ilmenau, Thuringia, develops and distributes software, algorithms, tools, and hardware and software systems in the field of mechatronics, including engine control.

The goal of product marketing is to persuade people to buy the product. To do this, things have to be brought to the point and even complex contexts have to be explained in an understandable way. Can you put yourself in the shoes of internal and external customers and translate technical content into business terms for them? In your new role your tasks will be:

* Collaboration in the market launch of new products for both digital tools (e.g. simulation and analysis tools) and hardware products
* Design and update product presentations and online channels
* Supporting the managing director in all marketing activities
* Development of marketing activities
* Designing banners, buttons or images (e.g. with Photoshop)

You are best equipped for this task if you:

* Are currently studying industrial engineering, business informatics, economics, electrical engineering, or a related field of study
* Are versed in the use of MS Office
* Ideally have first experience in the field of marketing, trade fairs or website maintenance
* Have very good English skills, German skills are a plus

Important information:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
* You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
