You will be working directly with the Sales Team to ensure our customers' happiness every day. You will be the one solving problems and at the same time continuously improving our processes. We need pragmatism, patience, and someone who doesn't accept a "no", but finds a solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Consultants with developing action-oriented sales campaigns for our clients and oversee their successful execution
  • Support with CRM system
  • Hold video calls and workshops with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Data-, Marketing- and Sales-Teams)
  • Manage relationships with our customers (software startups, consulting, and technology companies) to make sure they are achieving their desired outcomes
  • Support internal lead generation and multichannel campaigns (E-Mail, Linkedin etc.) and communicate with our clients

Skills:

  • German native speaker or at least C1 niveau
  • Ideally previous experience in a dynamic start-up, agency or high growth environment (preferably in SaaS or B2B)
  • Good understanding of B2B and account-based sales processes
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about your work
  • Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment
  • “Quick start” mentality with a high production output
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to prioritize
  • Creative, diplomatic, ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
