What to expect
- Collaborating closely with our COO, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, and supervision of new and ongoing projects.
- Providing support in the development and optimization of company processes.
- Assisting in the establishment of internal knowledge management systems.
- Conducting research for strategic decisions and expanding the company's portfolio.
- Creating documents and presentations for client pitches.
- Conducting primary research (especially expert interviews) and secondary surveys for market, customer, and competitive analyses.
Your profile
- You are enrolled in a business-related degree program, preferably in the third semester or higher.
- You have ideally gained some practical experience in the consulting field or within a startup.
- You possess a strong willingness to learn and perform.
- You demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for new challenges.
- You have strong analytical and communication skills.
- You have a proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and preferably experience with CRM systems.
- You have fluent proficiency in both English and German.
