Your tasks:
- Work together with the global FMEA & DFM/A team to define details of new Closed Loop Process
- Check for interfaces with Kautex systems/product development processes and create connections in alignment with related authorities
- Workout changes in process standards and drive Closed Loop implementation
- Work together with the global FMEA & DFM/A team to implement APIS as Closed Loop software tool for Base and Project documentation and drive the integration of DFMEA – Process Flow Chart – PFMEA – Control Plan
- Work together with the global FMEA & DFM/A team to restructure Base DFMEAs and PFMEAS for the creation of modules and setup in CARM-Server in order to ensure carry-over of the know-how and Lessons Learned across Base and Projects documentation
- Learn/Develop knowledge about Kautex products and manufacturing processes
Your profile:
- University student (bachelor's degree) in Engineering Sciences
- Basic knowledge of Automotive Industry Quality standards and Product development processes
- Basic knowledge of risk management and FMEA
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Software knowledge (APIS)
- Fluent in English
