Internship at Strategic Service & Provider Management

The department Global Information & Digital Technology is responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of strategic projects and initiatives which are focused on the standardization and harmonization of processes to support global business objectives. During your time with Global Information & Digital Technology you have the possibility to be part of international strategic initiatives which will redefine future processes, services & technologies of the company to drive productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements. This position within the Global Information & Digital Technology department will provide you first experiences in Global Information & Digital Technology transformation and digitalization initiatives and give you an understanding of IT Project Management, Change & Communications. Additionally, you can develop your skills to work and manage projects with cross functional and multicultural teams across different world regions.

Your challenge in detail

You will support us in the drafting of Global Service Level Agreements with the Fresenius Digital Technology service management representatives Furthermore, you will support your supervisor in the analysis and creation of dashboards for the Kabi internal/external IT spend and find opportunities for IT spend optimization You will also evaluate service level reports for multiple IT services consumed by Fresenius Kabi In addition, you will attend all Kabi/IT Service Management meetings and follow up on Fresenius Digital Technology and Fresenius Kabi action items regarding SLA negotiations The support in the IT Operating Model (ITOM) SLA and Contract streams with the coordination, documentation and follow up of agreed actions & plans will also be part of your varied tasks With your help, we prepare status reports for the IT Service Management and Provider management area to be shared with the Core Global Information and Digital Technology (GIDiT) management team Finally, you will support us with any low-level tasks relevant to the implementation and continual improvement of Service Management processes (e. g. Service Level & Service Catalog Management) and Provider Management best in class practices (e. g. Sourcing/Vendor Management)

Your Competence is in Demand

Current studies in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar studies Ability to demonstrate an independent working attitude and as part of a team to fulfill plans, task and deadlines in time Project experience in an international organization is desired Affinity for processes and information technologies Excellent communicator – both written and verbal Ability to work with cross functional and multicultural teams in multiple countries and regions Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are advantageous Strong knowledge in MS Office
