Internship at Business Solutions, Project Management Office

The department Global Information and Digital Technology (GIDiT) is responsible for the execution of projects which focus on standardizing and harmonizing processes and implementing standardized technologies. During your time with GIDiT you have the possibility to be part of strategic initiatives which will redefine the future processes of the company. The position is covering a variety of business processes which enable you to gain first-hand experiences in designing standard software solutions, getting an understanding of business processes and developing an interdisciplinary, self-employed and autonomous way of working.               

Your challenge in detail

Support in different tasks in the area of Project- and Task-Management Coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders Support a global transformation program to harmonize processes and technologies Application and IT documentation

Your profile

Current studies in Business Informatics, Business Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science or Administration or similar fields Structured and analytical work style with attention of details Solution-oriented and proactive thinking with open mind Intercultural competency and excellent communication skills Knowledge and understanding of different IT Technologies Very good knowledge of MS Office Fluent English and German skills (written and spoken); other languages are advantageous (e. g. Spanish, French, Italian) Previous internship or working student experience and understanding of HR business processes are advantageous
