Your Tasks
Our Frankfurt-based Sustainable Finance team is part of ING Wholesale Banking’s global Sustainable Finance team, which acts as a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients for integrating ESG (environment, social, governance) into financial products. From day one you will be an elemental part of our team: You conduct company research with a focus on the sustainability strategy, analyse their ESG ratings and performance, and assist us in the execution of transactions. The rapidly evolving area of sustainable banking is right up your sleeve, you keep your ear to the ground and, with your insights and supported by our experts, you prepare pitch material for client meetings. Your ability as a fast learner is crucial for your research of ESG sector / product trends and regulatory requirements. Your Profile
- Enrolled in a Master‘s degree (business / economics / environmental sciences or similar) or in a gap year between a Bachelor‘s and Master‘s degree programme
- Fit in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong affinity for sustainablity and finance
- Able to multi-task, plan ahead and work within challenging deadlines
- High attention to detail and quality
- Proactive and inquisitive team player
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, minimum B1 level in German
- Strong preference for a 6-month internship starting in April 2023. However, shorter terms will also be considered (please specify your preferred availability in your application)
