Your Tasks:

With us, every day is different - as Human Resources Business Partners, we support our managers from the ING Wholesale Banking Germany division in strategic HR topics. Wholesale Banking is the corporate client’s business and focuses on banking services for large, multinational companies. In addition to traditional banking products, our corporate customers are advised on sustainable and innovative financing projects. Together with us, you design concepts for a wide range of topics such as talent management, personnel development, promotion and diversity. You gain valuable insights into other HR teams and into global HR work. Furthermore, you also prepare HR events and contribute your own ideas, e.g. on social media or personnel development. You can support our change management, e.g. by jumping right into our workstreams together with representatives from the business or in our agile squad during the compensation round.. Thanks to your analyses and reports, you help us derive strategic recommendations for action. At the end of the day you will learn a lot from us - just like we will learn a lot from you!

Your Profile:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor‘s / Master‘s degree (business or humanities) or in a gap year between Bachelor‘s and Master‘s degree programmes
  • First experience in the HR department of a bank, in industry or consulting is an advantage
  • Very good analytical skills and independent working style
  • Affinity for numbers and very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Curiosity, determination, and ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Ideally available from 1st April 2023 or later for 6 months (please specify the starting date availability in your application)
