I was in the HR department, in which I had the opportunity to do many different tasks. I provided assistance to the Recruitment and Training department and contributed on a regular basis to the smooth functioning of the HR Office (mailing, telephone, corporate communication. Furthermore, I had to ensure regular internal and external contact and a close follow-up of each candidate. RTL Group really gave me the opportunity to evolve from a professional and personnel point of view. They gave me the chance to prove myself what I was able to and showed me a lot of confidence and respect. To do an internship in the HR are, I think that you must absolutely show well established organizational, multitasking, details oriented and prioritization skills and be able to work and manage effectively successful situations. Finally, if you are a team player and rigorous while being client oriented person, who's committed to quality, this internship was made for you. RTL Group has got the greatest HR Team I've met so far!!
