You will have a very versatile role. Your primary responsibilities will be Marketing, Social Media and sales support, but your responsibilities will also stretch over operations, procedures and data management for example. You help us innovate as a company.
- Marketing and social media – strategy and implementation
- Lead sourcing and organizing client data in the CRM (PipeDrive)
- Lead qualification via telephone/e-mail
- Organization and conducting interviews (evaluation of client/candidate fit)
- Responsible for the systems and the data (CRM, ATS, Confluence, HipChat, Google)
- Candidate coordination and interviews
- Coordinate and organize team
