Assist the Brand Development manager with marketing activities, campaigns and projects
Support the department with admin tasks
Assist with all online marketing channels (Search, Email, Affiliates, Content etc)
Contribute ideas to the product sales & marketing plan.
Support the Sales and Marketing team with website management, content and administration
Help to establish and maintain a sector leading online presence.
Answer incoming customer sales and service communications, including telephone calls, emails, and letters, from German direct customers
Language – German should be your first language; excellent English required
Attention to detail – Absolutely crucial as all communication must be both well-written and 100% accurate in terms of grammar and tone.
Organisational ability - Excellent organisational skills and time management
Communication – Must have a confident personality with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels including external suppliers and internal departments
Flexibility - Flexible attitude to working hours in line with business needs
