It also allows recruiters to gauge their candidates' real competencies and identify top-talent early, efficiently and reliably.

This position encompasses various aspects of marketing, while the focus will be primarily on research of potential clients and partners which is crucial for our business development team. However, it may also involve detailed analysis of competitors all over the world, or potentially conducting deep-dives into the recruiting practices of individual industries or countries. For all this, you will always use the most modern marketing tools, incl. salesforce, vertical response, ubermetrics and many more equipping you for a perfect start into digital marketing / business development / sales career when you finish your degree. Some key tasks are:
Research of potential clients and partners
Industry & country analysis
Social media monitoring
Data entry and administration (CRM)
Ad hoc tasks in marketing & sales
Regardless of whether you join viasto as an intern or at Vice-President level, there are some general requirement that we have for all team members:

What's the package?
The internship / working student position is paid depending on level of experience and hours of availability between 600-800 EUR/month. We also have some other perks that we can explain and discuss in person.
