In this challenging role, you will be working as part of the Global Business Solutions (GBS) Operations Team, supporting our international in-house consulting group in Munich, by streamlining a variety of administrative and controlling activities.
You will be required to provide administrative support to project managers and team members, strengthening your communication and organization skills. During this internship you will be involved in the setup and support of new projects, assisting project managers with the submission and follow-up of various project documents, coordinating meetings and preparing minutes and statistics.
Your regular tasks include travel management, time recording administration, office supply procurement, and updating and improving the Administrative Operations structures and processes.

You are a student, recent grad or experienced professional with a degree in Business Administration or Finance; with previous practical application of those skills. We expect a candidate to be organized, be able to work to deadlines and preferably have experience using reporting tools such as Excel.
An applicant should be self-motivated, methodical, service and team-oriented, and be comfortable in international business communication. Excellent English skills complete your profile. German skills are highly beneficial.
This internship should last for a minimum of four months.
