Creating a diagnostic instrument to assess personal development requirements.
An opportunity to join an early-stage EdTech Startup
T-shaped is a mobile application designed for growing and changing companies building great company cultures and developing their people. In other words, we use mobile technology to create communication and learning processes that are fun, engaging and lead to sustainable results. We address the areas of communication, collaboration, leadership, change and culture.
Our company is an early-stage start-up and has recently brought out an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). We’re in continuous development of our product and design tailor made solutions for our customers. You’ll get the chance to experience the excitement of working in an early-stage startup environment with low hierarchy, quick decision making and agile development. There’s lots of room for your own ideas and you can see them turn into practice. We care for teamwork, open communication and creativity and we’ll let you benefit from our extensive psychology, coaching and training backgrounds. Become part of a great adventure: making learning and personal development happen through disruptive mobile technology. (We don’t expect you to bring any programming skills but an affinity to technology and apps would be helpful.)
Scope of Internship
Each person comes with a different background and has different needs for personal development. Therefore, our app offers individually tailored learning paths for personal competencies. We’re now looking to create a diagnostic instrument that sits at the beginning of this process and analyzes individual development needs. The internship incorporates concept and design of this tool. If you are interested, we might be able to turn this into an option for a Master’s Thesis.
This is for you, if you
