INTERNSHIP / WORKING STUDENT JOB – Quality Assurance (QA) / Software Testing

From our Berlin headquarters, we develop and operate a
smart publishing and distribution platform to enable publishers to market their
existing print content via a dedicated, branded application for iPad, Android
and other tablets. Through our innovative white-labeled service an application
is easily generated within minutes. PressMatrix takes care of everything,
leaving the publisher to focus on what they are best at – producing digital
magazine content that updates the market with the latest news.

currently working on successfully establishing our product in further

AS PART OF OUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM YOU WILL
- Define and design product-related test cases and
scenarios based on requirements specifications.
- Ideally be involved in the preparation and implementation
of automated software testing, including the implementation of our Continuous Integration
- Define and execute appropriate test cases on different
test environments (web and mobile apps)
- Evaluate and document test results, as well as get
involved in the preparation of test protocols
- Take responsibility for your own tasks and projects in
the area of software quality assurance
- A qualification in an Information Technology-orientated field, or
equivalent degree, and a strong understanding of internet-based software applications
- Ideally, good working knowledge of the complete software development
process, including conception, specification, development, testing, SCRUMs,
etc., in addition to previous initial experience in the field of software
- High awareness of quality, combined with an accurate, reliable and
near-pedantic approach to work
- Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills, as well as an
authentic and open personality
- Very good knowledge of
English, German is a plus, in addition to a familiarity with MS Office
- A paid full time internship
(4–6 months) or an exciting working student job (16–20 hours/week) with a
flexible starting time.
