Your Role: As a team member of the Organizational Development & People Analytics team you will have the opportunity to interact with HR stakeholders on a global level, supporting the following topics in particular:
Global coordination and steering of an HR Award Certification Process
Preparation of communication & enablement material
Support of research projects with in-/external partners
Support the set-up and enhancement of our HR Analytics cloud-solution
Supporting operational day-to-day business
You will work independently and be responsible for individual tasks within your project assignments. This internship will offer you an opportunity to gain practical experience within a global environment and in-depth insights into the topics of organizational development and people analytics.
Who you are:
You are a business, social science or information technology student (Bachelor or Master degree)
You have excellent English skills (spoken and written)
You are proactive and show organizational and time management skills
You have strong analytical, communications and presentation skills
You have good knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint and Outlook (statistic software skills such as R or SPSS is a plus)
Start: from now on for 4-6 months
