What you will do
The day-to-day activities are a mix between the job of a business analyst & management consultant. You will learn a great deal about the art of constructing a story, researching and analyzing relevant data, business development and pick up all aspects around running a startup and scaling a business.
We expect you to be capable of taking large areas of responsibility and independent delivery. Challenges include: prepping a business case for a potential client, sniping out prospects, product comparisons, market overviews, creating a slide deck for a certain channel we’d like to target, finding the optimal integration points a client’s website or app etc. You’ll be working closely with the sales- and insurance-team.
We are looking for an extremely capable and ambitious (business) graduate with an interest in start-ups, technology and insurance (although the latter can grow on you :)). We see this paid internship (3-5 months) as a ramp-up to a full-time role. Preferably you work from London or Hamburg for this period. Relocation after the onboarding is possible.
This job is a great opportunity to become part of a growing business at very early stage. Career progression is far greater than a regular (corporate) analyst or consultant roles. We are a bunch of cool, smart people on a mission to profoundly innovate the insurance landscape, creating something amazing with a great team. If you can prove you got what it takes to fulfill your role with verve, there’s an incredible journey ahead of you.
