Euro Auctions Immobilien GmbH is seeking an enthusiastic individual to cover maternity leave. You will be placed in a modern office in Dromore which is located in close proximity to Omagh/Enniskillen. The role provides administrative support to the management ensuring the effective and smooth running of the day to day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual interested in obtaining experience in the property market in Germany.
Reporting to the management your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the successful day to day operations of the office by performing all kinds of routine administrative tasks by using MS Office,
Organising meetings and travel,
Translating English-German, German-English,
Researching sales opportunities
This exciting position would suit a candidate with great communication skills in German and English (both verbal and written), is highly organised, has the ability to prioritise and plan ahead, can use their own initiative and is flexible. The candidate should also be very self-motivated with a willingness to learn and a professional approach. This position also requires travelling to Germany if and when required.
