Internship – Account Management Assistant German mind. 3 Monate Praktikum in Barcelona


Job description
As an Product Management Assistant Intern you are responsible for assisting the Sr. Account Managers with optimizing the performance of the current portfolio, expanding our inventory in existing cities and/or opening up new cities, as well as controlling the quality on existing portfolio.
As a Customer Support Assistant Intern you are ready to support our customers in case they have after they booked questions about the apartment or arrival, want to make changes to their bookings, or have questions during their stay
Furthermore, you will assist in English external/internal communications. You´ll report directly to the Sr. Account Manager assigned to your portfolio.

PM - Expand the apartment inventory
- Opening new cities
- Price and conditions negotiating
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Monitor performance of the inventory
- Deliver quantity and quality reports
- Market and price parity research
- Handling questions about bookings
- Handling changes in bookings
- Find alternative solutions for customer in case of a change in plans
- Bookings control and administration
- Contact with the apartment owners regarding bookings
- Input for process improvements
- Input on service innovations


What soft skills do you need?

You are highly motivated, well organized, have a good attention to detail, great business sense, and have a logical understanding of administration systems.

You are an excellent and proactive team player, you are able to sell our services without any doubt, you are convincing and convinced.

Your working day will typically be standard office hours, Monday to Sunday; the week-ends are by rotation according with the department schedule.

- Student visa for EU for the candidates with nationality non EU

- Availability period minimum 3 months

- Native German or high level of German

- High level of English (verbally and in writing)

- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, manage time effectively

- Strong communication skills – ability to express oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly

- Good writer (e-mails, newsletters)

- Confidence, passion for the business, energy, enthusiasm and professionalism

- Comfort with reaching out and making connections over the phone

- Sales profile, not afraid to talk over the phone

- Very positive attitude and service-minded

- Very organized and precise

- Fast learner, team spirit
