Due to the extensive involvement of the Dubai Office, you will work in a multinational environment and gain insight in intralogistics and airport projects all over the world.
Contract and Claim Management activities would involve monitoring the project from contractual perspective, contract analysis, preparation and negotiation, contractual correspondence, handling claims and variations and consulting the project management.
You will prepare the "Contract and Claim Management Guideline" and with it you will set a companywide practice to make actions more predictable and of higher quality. It aims to give Contract Managers and Project Managers a common understanding of the working area and to support their day-to-day business by describing all activities and processes linked to the contract along the project lifecycle. You will work self-dependent supported by the Contract Management and Project Team.
The applicant shall be able to demonstrate excellent English communication and analytical skills. Experience with FIDIC contract standards is a benefit. Duration: 6 months at least. Start: Summer/Fall 2015.
